Our Team

The success of the KBA Group is based on the quality of our people employed, many of whom are known industry leaders and who have extensive experience and expertise in all areas of construction and development.

The founders and current Directors of KBA Group are actively involved in the business every day, bringing nearly 100 years of combined experience in building and development. This hands-on leadership provides valuable support and reassurance to customers, insurers, and staff, knowing that an experienced management team is guiding the company.

KBA employs highly skilled specialists across various roles, ensuring that both customers and insurers have confidence in the professionalism and efficiency of the repair process. Our team includes estimators, project managers, supervisors, development and planning staff, contract administrators, assessors, coordinators, accountants, and administrative support personnel.

To ensure repairs are completed as swiftly as possible, KBA also employs supervisors, safety officers, and a team of tradespeople including carpenters, joiners, plasterers, electricians, painters, and trade assistants. We are further supported by a large base of trusted subcontractors who share KBA’s values and meet our rigorous standards for qualifications, skills, licensing, safety, insurance, and performance—ensuring top-quality results on every project.
