Our Team

The success of the KBA Group is based on the quality of our people employed, many of whom are known industry leaders and who have extensive experience and expertise in all areas of construction and development.

The founders of the KBA Group and current Directors all work within the business daily and have close to 100 years of building & development experience collectively. This hands on approach gives support and reassurance to both the customer, insurer and staff knowing there is an experienced and knowledgeable management team guiding the Group.

KBA employ specialist people within the organisation with exceptional skillsets which give both the customer and insurer confidence that the repair will be undertaken and completed professionally in the shortest possible timeframe.

KBA’s team includes estimators, project managers, supervisors, development / planning staff, contract administrators, assessors, co-ordinators, accountants and administration support staff. To assist with the addressing repairs in the shortest possible time frame, KBA employs supervisors, safety officers, trades people including carpenters, joiners, plasterers, electricians, painters and trade assistants. We are greatly supported by our large subcontractor base who also embrace the KBA values and meet the criteria required by KBA regarding qualifications, skills, licensing, WHS, insurances, performance and experience in order to deliver an outstanding result.
